Honeysuckles Floribunda
Perfumed elegance.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

NB This is a shrub rather than a climbing form.
Add some elegance to your garden with this stunning shrub. Blue leaf Honeysuckle ‘Floribunda’ has gently arching branches and a long flowering season. The fragrant, rose pink blooms are plentiful from late spring and remain strong through to summer. The blooms are followed in autumn by ornamental red berries that the birds love.
Lonicera ‘Floribunda’ is an excellent specimen plant. It can also be used as part of a shrub, border or for hedging.
The foliage, as the name of Blue Leaf Honeysuckle suggests is green with a strong blue tint. It makes a nice contrast to the general garden green.
Plant Lonicera ‘Floribunda’ in full sun to semi shade. Choose a moderately fertile to humus rich, well drained soil. Water to establish, then only if rainfall is low, they are dry tolerant once established. Cut back flowered stems after flowering has finished to help maintain a healthy specimen.
NB this is not a twining Honeysuckle.
