Wow foliage colour.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

Grow a carpet of colour with this beautiful selection. Joseph's Coat 'Red Threads' has narrow, deep burgundy leaves. The colour can be used in clever ways throughout the garden to create contrast and compliment among your other plants. It is quick to grow and establish, heat and dry tolerant and does not need a lot of care.
Joseph's Coat 'Red Threads' make fantastic bedding plants or ground covers for warm climates. If you are growing them outdoors in cool climates, they need to be protected from frost or grown as annuals. But don't despair, they are also fantastic in pots and hanging baskets.
The small, white flowers open in the leaf axils, but their show is insignificant compared to the foliage.
Plant in moderately fertile to humus rich, moist, well drained soil. Plant in a sunny spot to get the best red in your foliage colour. In too much shade it will have dark green leaves.
This is a named variety that does not spread in an uncontrollable way.
