Fan Flower Bondi Blue

Fan Flower ‘Bondi Blue’ perfectly fills pots, makes a great edging plant, is a good ground cover, looks great in hanging baskets and is a fantastic rockery plant. We are big ‘fans’ of this new series that blooms from summer to frost. They tough out the heat and are vigorous and quick to establish. In their first year they will reach full size and bring plenty of blooms.
Fan Flower ‘Bondi Blue’ has lovely dense foliage and is well branched with a nice, mounding habit. Bred by Kings Park in Western Australia, this is one tough cookie.
Fan Flowers, or Scaevola are suitable for container plantings or hanging baskets where they will grow the edge of the pot and begin to trail. Allow them to dry out between watering.
In the garden, plant Scaevola along borders, in beds, as a ground cover, or along retaining walls. They are dry tolerant once established and require a well drained soil. The plants are super low maintenance and simply dead heading to encourage more flowering.
