Haworthia 'Banded Pearl'
Simple and sweet.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

Upright, triangular foliage with raised ‘pearls’ in a banded pattern. In high light, or under stress, the leaves have an orange blush.
They are an undemanding and visually pleasing evergreens. Its petite size makes them just right for pots, both indoors and out. They cope with low levels of light.
Haworthia are rarely bothered by pests and require no fuss. Their swollen leaves are designed to store water; this enables them to withstand long, dry periods. The variation in forms and texture (which developed mostly to protect themselves from predators) is a gardener’s delight.
Once established, Haworthia will multiply with offsets or ‘pups’ eventually filling their space. The most important thing to remember with Haworthia is not to water them! Over watering, especially during dormancy will cause the plant to rot.
SIZE (HxW): 5-10cm x 5-15cm
I SEE THE LIGHT: Bright, indirect light is ideal. In high light the foliage will change. Keep out of the hot afternoon sun lest their leaves be sunburned or roots damaged.
I NEED A DRINK: Low, water well, then allow the soil to almost dry out before watering again. Keeping them on the drier side will result in better colour.
I WILL SURVIVE: These plants are so easy, they pretty much look after themselves. In pots ensure you choose a cactus/succulent potting mix for best results as it offers the sharp drainage they need. Choose a pot with drainage holes to ensure they don’t end up sitting in water. Use a diluted, liquid fertiliser in spring to keep them happy and healthy. They aren’t heavy feeders so will forgive you if you forget.
