The buds of Green Globe Artichoke range in size from 8-15cm. They have a delicious flavour.

The delectable flower buds if Globe Artichokes are produced from spring, with up to 12 on a mature plant. The buds should be harvested when they are tight and plump.

If you don’t enjoy the flavour but love the architectural foliage, leave the buds to open to large purple blooms.
