This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

Black Tupelo is a sought after medium sized tree. The leaves are dark green, smooth, and when young have a soft, downy underside. Come autumn the leaves glow in red, orange and yellow hues.
Small, green, inconsequential flowers form on Black Tupelo through summer, these are followed by small blue fruits in autumn (inedible). While young, the trees are broadly conical, spreading as they age.
Black Tupelo has a medium to slow growth rate. Plant in neutral to acid well drained soil in a sunny spot.
