Found in Africa, Madagascar, China and SE Asia Streptocarpus is a genus of approx. 130 species of annuals and perennials. Mid green veined wrinkled leaves, linear to rounded and hairy, borne singly or in opposite pairs on fleshy, erect stems. Flowers have 5 spreading petals borne from leaf rosettes. Primrose Something Special is an Autumn flowering, evergreen, shade loving perennial, with abundant blooms of soft pink with a deep throat.
