This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

An open, or vase shaped tree with an elegant, spreading habit.
T he leaves of Kousa Dogwood 'Chinensis' are mid green and turn crimson purple in autumn.
Late spring to summer, Dogwood 'Chinensis' is covered in gorgeous, white bracts, with small yellow-green flowers at the centre. The bracts fade to pink as they age.
The show doesn't stop there though the bracts are followed by fleshy, raspberry red fruits, through summer to autumn on mature trees. The fruits are ornamental and inedible.
The leaves of Dogwood 'Chinensis' are oval with a pointed tip, mid to dark green. The bark is flaking, grey with a pale trunk.
Plant Dogwood 'Chinensis' in any well drained soil. Grows well as a specimen tree as it is highly ornamental. Slow initial growth that quickens as the plants establish.
