Nepeta is also known as Catmint. It is easy care with few insect or disease problems. Suitable for gardens and containers. Flowers have a pretty good vase life.

Nepeta grows best in part shade though will take full sun in cooler climates. Plant in moderately fertile to humus rich, well drained soil. Water to establish then only if rainfall is low.

Suitable for container plantings.
