Agapanthus Guilfoyle
Deepest midnight blue.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

Agapanthus 'Guilfoyle' is a magnificent evergreen perennial with huge heads of waxy, midnight blue flowers that last up to 8 weeks. The flower heads are a whopping 30cm across. Not only are the blooms big, and beautiful, they are also prolific, with established plants producing over ten in a season.
The leaves are a slightly lighter shade than standard Agapanthus.
Agapanthus 'Guilfoyle' grew magnificently in our paddock this year. Nearly all who visited asked after it. The statuesque flowers shone through the height of the summer heat, and the colour was just amazing. It is our hands down favourite Agapanthus at the moment.
Tough, hardy and drought tolerant too! Agapanthus are easy care plants that provide months of flowering with very little effort. The gorgeous, strappy, evergreen foliage is the perfect compliment to the tall blooms.
Agapanthus look great as part of a border, used as edging or in clumps.
William Robert Guilfoyle designed many of Victorias gardens, including the Royal Botanic Gardens in Melbourne.
