Oncidium Orchids Jungle Monarch
Regal blooms.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

A stunner with tall, upright spikes of abundant blooms. The flowers are soft green with mahogany patters and a white and red lip. Each bloom is 5cm across. The flowers last a month or two, with up to 20 from established plants. The fragrance is sweet but soft.
The Colmanara orchids are a cross of Oncidium, Odontoglossum and Miltonia orchids. This specific variety is a cross of Oncidium ‘Debutante’ and Oncidium ‘Maculataum’. A vigorous choice with large pseudo bulbs and upright foliage.
Oncidium Orchids are at the intermediate level. They have long, narrow branching stems smothered in fragrant flowers. You will need to be patient with your plants, it may take a season for them to settle in and bear blooms.
Oncidium Orchids grow best in pots or hanging baskets. Grow in a well ventilated area in filtered light. Choose a good quality Orchid potting mix to ensure perfect drainage. Keep them watered, you’ll know if they are thirsty if the bulbs wrinkle.
Originating in the tropics of South America, they require humidity, natural or man made to thrive, so ensure you keep your Oncidiums sheltered in cool climates.
