Verbena Wicked 'Purple'

A great garden addition with prolific three toned flowers. More upright than traditional Verbenas, it has a compact, mounding habit.
The outer florets are white with a purple edge, deepening towards the centre. The semi upright branching works well in pots and as a filler in landscapes.

Verbena’s are renowned for their flowering prowess and easy care. These new varieties improve on their already sturdy nature. The flowering period is longer (easily five months), the disease resistance stronger and the care even easier.

Wicked Verbena ‘Purple’ will flower through heat and humidity up until frost. In warmer climes they bloom almost year round. In very cold climates they may need to be treated as annuals. Regular removal of spent flowers will result in the best blooms and compact growth.

Plant Verbena in a sunny location in well drained soil. Water to establish (this takes around four weeks of regular watering), then only if rainfall is low.
