Salvias (reduced) Collection

The flowers are held high, above the foliage and create fabulous movement in the garden, glowing in the sun’s rays. The flowers not only look fabulous, they attract beneficial insect to the garden, adding even more movement and life to your beds.

Sensational in mass plantings, as a low, informal hedge, as part of a border, in cottage gardens, rockeries and compact enough for containers.

Plant Salvia nemorosa or Woodland Sage in moderately fertile to humus rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. Cut them back in Dec/Jan when they begin to wane, add some fertiliser and water well, they will back up and running in no time and can repeat right up to frost.
