Salvia 'Mirage Blue'
New in 2025.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

Appealingly low maintenance with abundant, bright indigo flowers for months on end. It has a nice rounded habit and is wonderfully water wise.
The improved breeding offers compact and self branching plants with tighter foliage so will look good for longer.
Amazing in landscape plantings, containers, en masse or as an informal hedge. Good companion plants include grasses, Geums and Agastache.
Salvia 'Mirage Blue' is a great choice for gardens or containers. These rugged plants require little and do so much. Plant into moderately fertile, to humus rich, well drained soil. Choose a sunny position and water to establish (this takes at least four to six weeks of regular watering). They become dry tolerant once they have settled in. To keep them blooming into autumn, give them a light midsummer trim to around half, add some fertiliser and water in.
The aromatic foliage and abundant flowers attract bees, butterflies and birds.
