Sea Holly is a member of the parsley family.
Sea Holly grows best in moderately fertile to humus rich, well drained soil. They really aren't too fussy with soil as they are endemic to dry, rocky soils. Good drainage is the most important element and they will even thrive in hot, dry sites.
The flowers of Sea Holly are good both cut and dried. Plant Sea Holly in a sunny spot to get the best colouring.
