Echinacea Double Decker
A sensational choice.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.
What a show stopper! Coneflower ‘Double Decker’ has two layers of petals between a prominent seed cone. You can expect many weeks of carefree flowers. And, if you allow the flower heads to stay on, the seed pods will remain decorative right to the end.
The blooms of Echinacea ‘Double Decker’ make good cut flowers both fresh and dried.
From seed, the first year flowers will be single, developing to double in their second year, with more and more doubles as they establish.
Grows best in full sun, and will prosper in a well drained soil that is moderately fertile to humus rich. Water to establish, then only if rainfall is low.
