Perennials are those fabulous plants you see and just fall in love with. Perennials add colour, structure and form to your garden beds. They change with the seasons, bringing changing beauty to your surroundings.

There is a range of perennials on offer from evergreen (year-round interest), semi-evergreen (will remain evergreen in warmer climates, though don’t grow much through winter) and herbaceous (have a rest period during the year, usually winter, where they die down to just a crown in dormancy before remerging in spring). Each type has major advantages in your garden beds. They are easy to use, and each comes with detailed, easy-to-apply growing instructions.

Digiplexis Foxgloves are an exciting breeding breakthrough. The result of crossing of Isoplexis (in the same genus – Scrophulariaceae) with a Digitalis to come up with a whole new plant! Colloquially known as Digiplexis, it is most definitely garden worthy. They will perennialise, product lasting, sterile flowers in illuminating colours.

Graceful, late-season bloomers with elegant, wind-kissed flowers in soft pinks and whites. Thriving in part shade, they bring light and movement, creating a romantic atmosphere as other plants fade.

Agastache are a steadfast in our garden. We trialled one variety about twenty years ago and since then our collection has continued to grow. They are just so easy and offer so much rewards.Agastache come in a great colour and size range so there is one to suit every garden, or pot. The blooms open above the foliage and sway beautifully in even the lightest breeze creating lovely movement in the garden. They are dry tolerant, flower for a long time and don’t need much fuss.

Echinacea ‘Sombrero’ are compact, upright, well branched and floriferous. They are dry hardy once established and will bring you years of joy. They are vegetatively propagated so are economical and will be true to type. They are very hardy and reliable.

Long-flowering perennials prized for their graceful flower spikes, attractive foliage and excellent garden performance, bringing colour, movement and pollinator-friendly beauty from summer into autumn.

Geums are easily woven through beds or used as a ground cover. They grow best in morning sun and will flower for months and months

Bred for larger, more prolific blooms with midsized growth, they have the added perk of flowering without the cold weather most Aquilegia require. Once you have grown one you will need to grow more!
