Nerine bulbs

and Nerine bulbs Nerines are the ultimate source of low maintenance autumn/winter colour, so why not plant a range of Nerine bulbs for a long lasting colour display. The flowers of Nerines show before the foliage. Nerine bulbs love to bake in the sun so plant your nerine bulb just under the soil surface and let them lie there year after year, allowing the clump of bulbs to become overcrowded. In other words; plant, relax and enjoy the show! A lesser appreciated but very important benefit of Nerines is that the different varieties flower at different times . This means that if you plant a range of bulb varieties, you will enjoy splashes of Nerine colour from February until Winter every year.
