Available in the following states:

The bright green leaves have small red tentacles emanating from them, each tipped with a dot of ‘dew’. This ‘dew’ is a sticky fluid that the Sundew uses to lure and trap insects. It then uses it to aid digestion of the insect. The leaves have the ability to fold over and enclose their prey.
Each Sundew leaf is 3-6cm long.
The flower stalks are straight and tall, rising above the foliage. The blooms are mauve pink with five petals and a yellow centre. There are up to 20 flowers on a single stem. The blooms open only briefly, (this is predominantly a foliage plant). The flowers are around 2cm across and will produce viable seed. The flowers are on such tall stems so the pollinating insects won’t become trapped by the foliage.
Grow indoors in a pot or in warm climates, you can grow Sundew outdoors in a bog garden or by a pond. Keep them moist. When you grow them in pots, add a saucer of water underneath so there is a constant supply of moisture.
