You can look forward to daisy like flowers all summer long over mounds of filigree foliage. The flower heads are soft lemon, with a deeper yellow centre. Each bloom is around 3cm across, they open from as early as mid spring and last right into autumn. The flowers open on upright stems and are great for picking.
The fine leaves are silver green and have a fragrance when brushed against or crushed.
Plant Anthemis 'Susannah Mitchell' in moderately fertile to humus rich soil with good drainage. Choose a position where they will receive at least six hours sun a day. Water to establish, then only if rainfall is low. Dry tolerant once established. Anthemis 'Susannah Mitchell' is suitable for planting in large pots or containers.
Dead head flowers regularly to encourage more blooms. Cut Anthemis 'Susannah Mitchell' back hard once it has finished flowering to maintain healthy growth.
Protect Anthemis 'Susanna Mitchell' from slugs, snails and aphids.
