Agapanthus Purple Cloud

Deep purple flowers, one of the darkest cultivars available.

The florets of Agapanthus 'Purple Cloud' open outward, the lower petals dangle as the flower matures. The size of the flower head is huge, up to 25cm across.

A large variety with tall foliage and is a real crowd pleaser.

Agapanthus are hardy, vigorous plants that are easily grown throughout most of Australia, in fact, these stunners are virtually fool proof.

Whether you use Agapanthus as a border plant, weave them through beds, put them in pots or plant them just for picking they are hard to beat.

Agapanthus have long lasting flowers summer to autumn that are also lovely picked. Plant Agapanthus into a well drained soil in a spot with plenty of sun and you will soon have tidy clumps of lush foliage growth.

Agapanthus 'Purple Cloud' grows 60cm tall and 1m wide, the flower stems grow up to 1.2m.
